When you request a quote, whether through a form on this site or by text message, we collect:
If we agree to buy your headlight, we also collect the address you are shipping from, since a carrier cannot generate a label without it.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's license, bank login, or any government identification. Nobody from this company will ever ask you for those.
To do the job. We use your photos to identify the part and set a price. We use your phone number to send you that price and to talk through the sale. We use your shipping address to create a prepaid label. We keep a record of each purchase, including the photos and a reference number, so both sides have paperwork if a question comes up later.
When you send us a quote request, you are asking us to reply. We will text you about that specific headlight and the sale of it. We are not going to add you to a marketing list or send you promotions you did not ask for.
If you want us to stop texting, reply STOP or just tell us, and we will stop. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Photos you send are used to evaluate and price the part, and are kept with the purchase record. We may use anonymized photos of parts we have bought as examples of condition on this website or in materials for other sellers. Those photos show the part only. If you would rather we did not use yours that way, say so and we will not.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We do pass the minimum necessary to the services that make this work:

Purchase records, including photos and payment references, are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes. Inquiries that do not turn into a purchase are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.
